Our Process

Plan with Purpose

Together, we’ll plan the perfect retreat. We can keep your retreat private or invite others once we have 3-5 people enrolled. We’ll collab on goals, schedules and adventures available…

Collaborate Openly

You’re part of the process. We keep the planing process fluid and your input is so valuable! Unlike a cookie cutter experience, this is designed for our goals as this group comes together.

Follow the Flow

We believe in Divine Alignment so we’ll plan, and then we’ll leave room for hints that come from the universe in the moment. Trust there will be room for you to relax or adventure as it serves you!

Re-union Call

Meet Danielle

Hi!

I’m so glad you’re here.

I am honored to be leading these retreats so we can gather, connect, and learn to live our yoga.

There are special times in our lives when retreating helps us integrate what we already know. Stepping out of the day-to-day hustle helps us open the door to healing and insight.

You’ll be supported by my 15 years of teaching yoga and dance journey, along with my personal experience traveling and adventuring in the world.

Traveling is a humbling and life-giving practice.
To immerse ourselves in other spaces and places…
To meet other faces and honor cultures and history…

Destinations are far and wide, and I have some amazing partners who are available to guide beyond my scope…

Some of my favorite local and faraway destinations are shared below.

Once we have 3-5 people ready to retreat, we can start building the adventure of a lifetime and keep it private or invite others.

I look forward to adventuring with you!

❤️ Danielle

  • "Danielle is a fantastic teacher who is so in-tune with her students' needs. She is skilled in the knowledge, practice, and essence of yoga; I feel completely restored after taking a class with her! I would recommend Atha to everyone, no matter what level of prior experience you may come with."
