Awaken & Lead

Teaching is embodying yoga's philosophy, learning to connect, and developing skillfulness for life.

In preparation for our next 10-week immersion, I thought I’d share three ways to lead, on and off the mat.

Here we go!
Below are three ways we can lead

  1. Remember We’re In This Together

I'm no better than you, and you're no better than me.

In this training we'll practice embodied humility, non-attachment, and develop compassion for ourselves and one another in our shared human and divine experience.

2. Make the Practice Purposeful

What are we really practicing?

Instead of winning at yoga, let's win at life. :)

Cultivate compassion, patience, tolerance, courage, awareness.

We'll play with infusing purpose into practice and encourage others’ self-inquiry.

Our physical wellbeing is a by-product of yoga - yes to a healthy body, flexibility & strength.

3. Embrace the Process

Vinyasa means embracing the natural unfolding process of our practice and life.

Together, we'll dive into the messy and beautiful process of learning and come through the other side with new skills, connections, and appreciation for yoga's cultural roots & varied practices.

Embody & Share

Dive into practice and learn foundational skills to lead safe, effective, and meaningful yoga.
