Looking Back to Look Forward

It is time for another chapter in the Atha adventure!

From our first studio at 1 Woodbury, to our online and hybrid teacher trainings, to the reopening and renaming of our space, and this Bicycle Brothers studio. We're grateful.

We’re saying goodbye to our Bicycle Brothers space and hello to another new chapter.

I've made the move to Syracuse, NY with my partner, and for those of you who have been coming to the Bicycle Brothers shop, you see the building is also for sale.

The team and I are dreaming up ways we can be of support to expand the reach of yoga and deepen your experience of it.
