Here’s how we are inspired by the elements. We hope this inspires and supports you, too.
Earth to Ground - an invitation to be. here. now. Presence as a foundation. Ground in intention.
Water to Flow - find fluidity. Warm up mindfully. Let your exploration inform healthy movement and life choices.
Fire to Play - it can be fun to be challenged (in a healthy way!) Practice challenging yourself; make the movement interesting.
Air to Enjoy - find lightness. We practice not taking ourselves too seriously. What does it feel like to be free to be?
Universe to Allow - then we practice letting it all go. Let yourself rest in the heart of who you are.
